浅析舒适护理模式在糖尿病肾病血液透析患者中应用 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨分析糖尿病肾病血液透析患者接受舒适护理模式的临床效果。 方法 选取该院接收的92例糖尿病肾病患者，均是2011年1月―2013年2月接收的病例，分成常规护理组和护理干预组，常规护理组使用常规护理，护理干预组使用舒适护理，对两组的并发症、负情绪、满意度进行比较分析。 结果 经过护理后，护理干预组的并发症发生率是2.17%，常规护理组的并发症发生率是15.22%，两组的并发症发生率?Ρ炔钜煊型臣蒲б庖澹?P0.05），经过两周的透析治疗，护理干预组的焦虑评分平均（44.22±3.29）分，抑郁评分平均为（44.21±3.26）分，比常规护理组低（P0.05），护理干预组护理态度满意度是89.13%、护理方式满意度是86.96%，比常规护理组高（P0.05）。 结论 舒适护理对糖尿病肾病血液透析患者的并发症和情绪均有很好的改善效果，患者的护理满意度比较高，能够改善护患关系。 　　[关键词] 舒适护理服务；糖尿病肾病；血液透析 　　[中图分类号] R473 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1672-4062（2017）05（b）-0124-02 　　[Abstracts] Objective This paper tries to investigate the clinical effect of comfortable nursing mode for patients with diabetic nephropathy hemodialysis. Methods 92 cases of diabetic nephropathy patients received in this hospital from January 2011 to February 2013 were selected and divided into the routine nursing group and the nursing intervention group， the routine nursing group was treated with routine nursing， and the nursing intervention group used comfortable nursing care， the complications， negative emotion， satisfaction of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results After nursing， the complication rate of the nursing intervention group was 2.17%， and that of the routine nursing group was 15.22%， so the complication rate of the two group was significantly different（P0.05）. After two weeks of dialysis treatment， the average anxiety score of the nursing intervention group was（44.22±3.29）points， average depression score was （44.21±3.26）points， lower than those of the routine nursing group（P0.05）， ursing satisfaction score of the nursing intervention group was 89.13%， satisfaction of the nursing mode was 86.96%， higher than that of the routine nursing group（P0.05）. Conclusion The comfortable nursing can improve the complication and mood of patients with diabetic nephropathy hemodialysis， and the nursing satisfaction of patients is relatively higher， which can improve the relationship between nurses and patients. 　　[Key words] Comfortable nursin
