正常高值血压对急性心肌梗死患者预后影响 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨正常高值血压对急性心肌梗死患者预后的影响。 方法 连续选取2009年3月～2014年12月入住我院的急性心肌梗死患者70例，根据血压水平分为正常血压组（n=32）和正常高值血压组（n=38），观察比较两组患者的临床特点、合并症及主要严重心脑血管事件。 结果 与正常血压患者比较，正常高值血压发生急性心肌梗死早，恶性心律失常、梗死后心绞痛、再住院率、脑梗死发生率及猝死均高，血清脑钠肽及尿微量白蛋白增高（P0.05）。 结论 正常高值血压患者急性心肌梗死发病早且病情重、并发症多，脑钠肽及尿微量蛋白是可能的预测因素。 　　[关键词] 急性心肌梗死；正常高值血压；预后；影响 　　[中图分类号] R542.22 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2015）09-0023-03 　　Effects of the high normal blood pressure on the prognosis of patients with acute myocardial infarction 　　WU Xiuming WANG Feng LIU Jie 　　Department of Cardiology， Peoples Hospital of Fengxian County in Jiangsu Province， Fengxian 221700， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the effects of the high normal blood pressure on the prognosis of patients with acute myocardial infarction. Methods A total of 70 patients with acute myocardial infarction in our hospital from March 2009 to December 2014 were divided into normal BP group and high normal BP group according to BP levels； The clinical features， complications and main serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular cases in two groups were compared. Results The acute myocardial infarction occurred earlier， arrhythmia， angina after myocardial infarction， rehospitalization rate， cerebral infarction and sudden death in high normal BP group were higher than the normal BP group（P0.05）. The brain natriuretic peptide and trace protein in urine also rose in high normal BP group than those in the normal BP group. Conclusion The symptoms in patients of acute myocardial infarction with high normal BP are early and severe and may be with more complications.
