消化道肿瘤P53和Ki―67表达相关性及临床意义 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨P53和Ki-67在消化道肿瘤组织中的表达及其相互之间的关系，为消化道肿瘤的诊断、治疗和预后提供可靠的依据。 方法 收集2013年3月―2015年3月期间，来该院就诊的87例消化道肿瘤患者，采用免疫组化方法检测消化道肿瘤组织中P53和Ki-67的表达情况，并分析二者的相关性。结果 87例消化道肿瘤肿块其P53和Ki-67的阳性表达率分别为51.7%、42.5%。P53和Ki-67间有一定的关联性， P53与Ki-67表达呈正相关（P0.05）。结论 P53和Ki-67在消化道肿瘤中的表达既相互独立又相互关联，通过多项指标联合检测，会更准确地判断消化道肿瘤的预后，同时可以为靶向药物的个体化治疗提供参考依据。 　　[关键词] 胃癌；突变型P53基因；核蛋白抗原Ki-67 　　[中图分类号] R4 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2015）12（c）-0051-02 　　Correlation of Expression between P53 and Ki-67 in Digestive Tract Tumors and Its Clinical Significance 　　JIA Zhi-yong1， WANG Jia-hong1， YAN Bin1， WANG Ying2 　　1.Second Department of General Surgery， The First Affiliated Hospital of Baotou Medical College， Baotou， Inner Mongolia， 014010 China；2.Obstetrics and Gynecology Department， Third Staff and Workers Hospital of Baotou Steel Group， Baotou， Inner Mongolia， 014010 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To study the expression of P53 and Ki-67 in digestive tract tumors and their correlation to provide reliable basis for the diagnosis， treatment and prognosis of digestive tract tumors. Methods 87 cases of patients with digestive tract tumors treated in our hospital from March 2013 to March 2015 were collected and the expression of P53 and Ki-67 in digestive tract tumors was detected by the immunohistochemical method. Results In the 87 cases of digestive tract tumor masses， the positive expression rate of P53 and Ki-67 was respectively 51.7% and 42.5%， there was a certain correlation between P53 and Ki-67， and the expression of P53 was positively correlation with the expression of Ki-67， （P0.05）.
