浅谈锥管段混凝土由二期改为一期在苏只水电站厂房工程中应用与控制 　　【摘要】苏只水电站厂房工程计划于2004年2月16日开工，2004年4月1日厂房混凝土开始浇筑，2005年12月15日苏只水电站厂房工程首台机组发电。为此在发电厂房混凝土施工中，在确保施工质量的前提下为加快施工进度采用了锥管段混凝土由二期改为一期混凝土的技术方案。从安装方面阐述了锥管钢里衬的拼装、安装、加固及焊接，并详细记录了混凝土浇筑过程中锥管钢里衬的变形监测；从土建施工方面阐述了锥管段混凝土浇筑方案的确定及施工过程控制，详细介绍了锥管段混凝土由二期改为一期的仓面概况、施工特点、施工布置、施工程序和方法，同时详细记录了混凝土浇筑过程中温度监测结果。使金结安装与土建施工相互协调同时进行，提前工期25天，节省投资45万元，使施工质量和进度都取得了良好的效果，为苏只水电站首台机组早日发电争取了时间。 　　【关键词】电站厂房；锥管段混凝土；二期改为一期；应用与控制；苏只水电站 　　 　　Application and control of cone concrete pipe section 1 replaced by section 　　2 in Suzhi engineering hydropower plant 　　Fu Xue-xin 　　(China Water Conservancy and Hydropower Engineering Bureau Co., Ltd.HualongQinghai811900) 　　【Abstract】Suzhi hydropower plant project in February 16, 2004 started April 1, 2004 to start pouring concrete plant, December 15, 2005 Hydropower Plant project Suzhi first generating unit.
