淋巴细胞免疫疗法治疗复发性流产疗效分析 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨不明原因复发性流产临床治疗中淋巴细胞主动免疫治疗的临床价值。 方法 选取2010～2012年我院诊治的复发性流产患者50例，随机分为两组，分别行无特殊处理和淋巴细胞主动免疫治疗，同时对主动免疫治疗患者封闭抗体阴性与阳性的妊娠结局进行统计。 结果 观察组患者流产率显著低于对照组（P＜0.05）。主动免疫治疗后封闭抗体阳性患者妊娠成功率为88.5%，阴性患者妊娠成功率为57.1%,阳性组显著高于阴性组（P＜0.05）。 结论 淋巴细胞主动免疫治疗能过有效治疗复发性流产，具有良好的临床效果，而封闭抗体检测能够对妊娠结局有积极的预测作用。 　　[关键词] 淋巴细胞免疫疗法；复发性流产；封闭抗体；妊娠结局 　　[中图分类号] R714.1#8195;#8195;#8195;[文献标识码] B#8195;#8195;#8195;[文章编号] 2095-0616（2014）08-197-03 　　 　　Efficacy analysis of lymphocyte immunotherapy in treatment of recurrent miscarriage 　　WANG#8195;Tianhong 　　Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology,Third Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical College,Guangzhou510150,China 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the clinical value of lymphocyte active immunotherapy in the clinical treatment of unexplained recurrent miscarriage. Methods Fifty patients with recurrent abortion admitted to our hospital from 2010 to 2012 were selected, randomLy divided into two groups and received non-special treatment and lymphocyte active immunotherapy respectively.Meanwhile,the pregnancy outcomes of the patients with negative and positive blocking antibodies who received active immunotherapy were observed. Results The observation group had lower abortion rate than the control group (P＜0.05).After active immunotherapy, the successful pregnancy rate of the patients with positive blocking antibodies was 88.5% and that of those with negative blocking antibodies was 57.1%,with the positive group significantly higher than the negative group (P＜0.05). Conclusion Lymphocyte active immunotherapy can effectively treat recurrent miscarriage and shows favorable clinical effects.Blocking antibody detection is of positive predictive effect for pregnancy outcomes. 　　[Key words] Lymphocyte immunotherapy;Recurrent miscarriage;Blocking antibody;Pregnancy outcomes 　　复发性流产是持续发生两次或以上自然流产，由于病因较为复杂，可能包括解剖、遗传、感染以及内分泌等多方面的原因，而还有将近50%的患者无法明确病因[1]。这一部分无法明确原因的复发性流产成为原因不明复发性流产（unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion，URSA）[2]。在
