生长激素用于肛肠外科患者术后疗效观察 　　【摘要】 目的：观察生长激素应用于肛肠外科患者急症术后的临床效果。方法：选择本院2012年2月-2014年11月收治的肛肠外科急症手术患者52例作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，对照组25例手术后应用常规的TPN治疗，观察组27例术后在用TPN治疗的同时，给予生长激素（rhGH），观察比较两组患者手术前后免疫球蛋白、前白蛋白的含量，术后并发症发生情况及住院时间。结果：术后两组前白蛋白含量均明显高于术前，且观察组高于对照组，比较差异均有统计学意义（P0.05），对照组术后免疫球蛋白低于术前，比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；观察组并发症发生情况优于对照组，比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；观察组平均住院时间少于对照组，比较差异有统计学意义（P0.01）。结论：rhGH配合TPN应用于肛肠外科患者急症术后能够快速纠正负氮平衡，使机体的免疫应答能力增强，降低并发症的发生，提高首次手术治愈的机会，缩短住院时间。 　　【关键词】 生长激素； 肛肠外科术后； 急症； 疗效观察 　　Clinical Effect Observation of Growth Hormone in Patients after Anorectal Surgical Operation/LIU Min.//Medical Innovation of China，2015，12（24）：119-121 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To observe the clinical effect of growth hormone in patients after acute anorectal surgical operation.Method：52 patients with acute anorectal surgical operation in our hospital from February 2012 to November 2014 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group，25 patients in the control group were given the treatment of conventional TPN，27 patients in the observation group were treated with growth hormone （rhGH） on the basis of TPN.The content of immunoglobulin and prealbumin before and after the operation，the complications and hospital stays after operation of the two groups were observed and compared.Result：After treatment，the content of prealbumin in the two groups was higher than before treatment and the content of prealbumin in the observation group was higher than that in the control group，the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.In the control group，the content of immunoglobulin before operation was higher than after operation，the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.The occurrence of complications and the hospital stays in the observation group were better than those in the control group，the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion： rhGH combined with TPN therapy can correct the negative nitrogen balance quickly，improve the ability of immune
