熊去氧胆酸联合丁二磺酸腺苷蛋氨酸治疗肝硬化黄疸疗效观察 　　[摘要] 目的 观察熊去氧胆酸胶囊（优思弗）联合丁二磺酸腺苷蛋氨酸（思美泰）治疗肝硬化黄疸的疗效。方法 肝硬化黄疸患者共46例，治疗组（23例）用熊去氧胆酸胶囊[UDCA 13～15mg/（kg?d），口服，Bid或Tid]联合丁二磺酸腺苷蛋氨酸（思美泰1000mg/d，静脉滴注）治疗，不使用甘草酸制剂等保肝药；对照组应用丁二磺酸腺苷蛋氨酸，其余药物基本相同。疗程2周，观察临床症状、肝功能的变化。结果 经治疗后两组患者临床症状均有明显改善，肝功能指标均有好转，治疗组TBil下降更明显（P0.05）。结论 熊去氧胆酸联合丁二磺酸腺苷蛋氨酸治疗肝硬化黄疸效果更好。 　　[关键词] 熊去氧胆酸；丁二磺酸腺苷蛋氨酸；肝硬化；黄疸 　　[中图分类号] R575.5 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 2095-0616（2014）04-105-03 　　Observation on therapeutic effect of combined therapy of ursodeoxycholic acid capsules and ademetionine in patients with jaundice from cirrhosis 　　WANG Fucheng ZHANG Ye WANG Yu SUN Yonghong 　　Department Digestive System of Dalian Municipal Friendship Hospital，Dalian 116001，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of combined therapy of ursodeoxycholic acid capsules（ursofalk） and ademetionine（transmetil） in patients with jaundice from cirrhosis. Methods Forty six patients of jaundice from cirrhosis were randomly divided into treatment group（n=23） and control group（n=23）. Liver protection and supportive treatments were not given for the two groups. Ursodeoxycholic acid capsules[10-15mg/（kg?d）， two or three times a day，for oral use] and ademetionine（Transmetil 1000mg/d intravenous drip） were given for the treatment group；the same treatments were given to the control group except ursodeoxycholic acid capsules.The treatment duration was 2 weeks in both groups.The liver function（TBIL，TBA，ALT and AST）， clinical symptom and physical sign were compared before and after being treated. Results After being treated，the liver function，clinical symptom and physical sign of treatment group got better.There was significant difference between two groups（P0.05）. Conclusion The combined treatment of ursodeoxycholic acid and ademetionine could obtain better curative effect. 　　[Key words] Ursodeoxycholic acid capsules；Ademetionine；Cirrhosis；Jaundice 　　肝硬化合并黄疸在临床上比较常见，治疗药物多以中药为主，部分肝硬化原因不明，黄疸长期存在且治疗效果不佳，熊去氧胆酸及丁二磺酸腺苷蛋氨酸多用于胆汁淤积性肝病，而我院尝试联合上述两种药物治疗不明原因肝硬化黄疸，现报道如下。
