生长抑素加贝酯联合乌司他丁治疗急性胰腺炎临床疗效分析 　　[摘要] 目的 研究分析生长抑素、加贝酯联合乌司他丁治疗急性胰腺炎的临床疗效。方法 回顾性分析该院于2015年7月―2017年7月收治的120例急性胰腺炎患者病历资料，?S机分为实验A组、实验B组、实验C组，每组40例，实验A组采取生长抑素治疗，实验B组采取生长抑素和加贝酯治疗，实验C组采取生长抑素、加贝酯联合乌司他丁治疗，对比分析3组患者临床疗效、治疗后白细胞恢复正常时间、血淀粉酶恢复正常时间、血钙恢复正常时间、血糖恢复正常时间、上腹压痛缓解时间以及腹痛缓解时间。结果 ①实验C组临床总有效率（95%）和实验B组的临床总有效率（85%）比较，明显较高，两组间比较，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。②研究C组患者治疗后白细胞恢复正常时间（8.26±4.28）d、血淀粉酶恢复正常时间（4.86±2.91）d、血钙恢复正常时间（5.30±2.01）d、血糖恢复正常时间（8.81±1.84）d、上腹压痛缓解时间（5.91±3.07）d以及腹痛缓解时间（3.75±2.08）d和研究B组比较，时间明显较短（P0.05）。结论 生长抑素、加贝酯联合乌司他丁治疗急性胰腺炎疗效显著，患者各项指标改善较快，值得临床推广应用。 　　[关键词] 生长抑素；加贝酯；乌司他丁；急性胰腺炎；治疗 　　[中图分类号] R5 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2017）10（c）-0109-03 　　Clinical Analysis of Somatostatin， Gaboxitin Combined with Ulinastatin in the Treatment of Acute Pancreatitis 　　ZHU Tian-yu， SHUAI Ying-li， KONG Hong-wei 　　Department of Gastroenterology， Taizhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine， Taizhou， Jiangsu Province， 225300 China 　　[Abstract] Objective This paper tries to study the clinical efficacy of somatostatin， gabexitin combined with ulinastatin in the treatment of acute pancreatitis. Methods 120 cases of acute pancreatitis patients in this hospital from July 2015 to July 2017 were retrospectively analyzed and were randomly divided into the experimental group A， the experimental group B， the experimental group C， with 40 cases in each group. The experimental group A took somatostatin； the experimental group B was treated with somatostatin and gabareptomycin； and the experimental group C was treated with somatostatin and gabexitil combined with ulinastatin. The clinical efficacy of the three groups was compared and analyzed. The recovery time of the white blood cells， the enzyme， and the blood calcium， blood glucose， abdominal pain relief time and abdominal pain relief time of the three groups were compared. Results ①the curative effect of the experimental group C was 95%， and significantly higher than that of the group B of 85%， so the difference between the two groups was s
