甲亢灵胶囊对甲状腺功能亢进患者甲状腺激素水平影响分析 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨甲亢灵胶囊对甲状腺功能亢进患者甲状腺激素水平的影响。 方法 选择2012年1月～2014年1月本院内分泌科收治的甲状腺功能亢进73例门诊患者作为研究对象，将其分为观察组43例、对照组30例，对照组给予甲硫咪唑片，观察组在对照组基础上联合甲亢灵胶囊，两组均连续服用8周，比较两组的临床疗效及治疗前后的甲状腺激素水平变化情况。 结果 观察组的总有效率为93.02%，对照组为73.33%，两组比较，差异有统计学意义（P0.05），治疗后，两组的甲状腺激素水平均较治疗前显著改善，且观察组甲状腺激素水平的改善情况显著优于对照组（P0.05）。 结论 甲亢灵胶囊辅助治疗甲状腺功能亢进能有效提高治疗临床效果，显著改善患者的甲状腺激素水平，且安全有效，值得临床推广应用。 　　[关键词] 甲亢灵胶囊；甲状腺功能亢进；甲状腺激素 　　[中图分类号] R581.1 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2015）02（b）-0154-03 　　Analysis of influence of Jiakangling capsule on thyroid hormone level in patients with hyperthyroidism 　　SHI Yong-fang LIAO Hao-feng LIAO Tie-jun 　　People′s Hospital of Sanshui District in Foshan City，the Sixth Hospital of Foshan City of Guangdong Province，Foshan 528100，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the influence of Jiakangling capsule on thyroid hormone level in patients with hyperthyroidism.
