热疗联合化疗在晚期消化道恶性肿瘤中临床应用 　　[摘要] 目的：探讨射频热疗联合化疗治疗晚期消化道恶性肿瘤的近期疗效及其安全性。方法：回顾分析2008年3月～2011年3月本院收治的晚期恶性肿瘤患者100例，随机分为两组，其中对照组50例，根据病种采取相应方案单用全身化疗；实验组50例，除化疗外同时在病灶部位予 HY27000 射频透热治疗仪热疗，两组均治疗至少2周期以上，评价疗效及其安全性。结果：100例患者均有一定的疗效，实验组有效率明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；与实验组相比，对照组消化道反应及骨髓抑制毒副作用发生率明显较高，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：射频透热局部治疗联合化疗治疗晚期恶性肿瘤较单用化疗有一定优势，具有疗效好、毒副作用轻等优点，值得进一步研究和推广应用，并可通过寻找更好的加热程序、改进测温方式等进一步提高疗效。 　　[关键词] 射频透热治疗；联合化疗；恶性肿瘤；临床应用 　　[中图分类号] R735[文献标识码]B [文章编号]1674-4721（2011）06（b）-085-02 　　 　　Clinical application of the thermotherapy combination chemotherapy in late gastrointestinal welignency 　　ZHANG Jun 　　Department of Oncology, the Third Xiangya Hospital of Central South University, Hunan Province, Changsha 410013, China 　　[Abstract] Objective: To evaluate radiofrequency hyperthermia combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced gastrointestinal cancer efficacy and safety of short-term.
