湖北经济增长对扩大就业影响 　　内容摘要：就业是中国的一个重大的社会问题，湖北作为中部的顶梁柱，对中部乃至中国的就业都有着至关重要的影响，湖北本身就具有突出的区位、市场、资源、科教优势,也有着雄厚的产业基础,是东西部地区资源、信息、技术等交流的战略结点，但我省的就业状况却没有因经济增长转好，在2001-2006年我省的就业弹性系数反而呈现下降的趋势。奥肯定律被湖北的现状推翻了吗？这很大一部分原因与我省的经济结构发展相关。关于如何保持经济增长的同时解决和扩大就业问题是还需广大学者探讨的问题，针对此次的论文，我提出了一些自己的看法，扩大就业机会应在发展高新技术的同时,大力发展劳动密集和适度技术产业；大力探索发展社区服务，构建社区就业广阔平台；建立健全扩大就业服务体系，完善劳动力市场；推动灵活就业；政府部门应该联合高校与社会力量加强对大学生的就业指导工作，校企互动增强就业能力。 　　关键词: 经济增长 就业 政府 经济结构 　　 　　Abstract: Employment is a significant social question in China, Hubei, as backbone of middle area, is very important to employment of middle area and China. Hubei has the prominent position, the market, the resources, the science and technology education superiority, also has the abundant industrial foundation. she is the exchange strategic pointresources,information, technology in east western area, but our province employment condition actually does not turn to the better for economical growth, the employment elasticity coefficient presents the drop tendency in 2001-2006 year our province ,Okuns Law is overthrown by Hubeis present situation? The most reasons connect our province economic structure development .How about maintains the economy to grow and solution and expand employment question simultaneously, is the question which needs the general scholars discusses. I proposed some own view to this paper, expanding employment opportunity should develop high-tech vigorously and develop the crowded work and the moderate technical industry，such as. tertiary industry and middle or small-scale enterprise；Vigorously explores and develop community service, construct the community employment broad platform;Establishe the perfect expanded employment service system, perfecting labor market; Impels the nimble employment; The government department should unite the universities and the social Strength, Strengthens to university students career guidance work.
