痰热清治疗糖尿病合并呼吸道感染疗效观察 　　[摘要] 目的 探究糖尿病合并呼吸道感染患者采取痰热清药物治疗的效果。方法 选取2014年3月―2015年3月该科所收治的72例糖尿病合并呼吸道感染患者作为观察对象，按随机数字表法分为对照组与实验组，对照组采取常规治疗（降糖药物+抗生素），在此基础之上，对实验组患者予以痰热清治疗;随后观察与比较两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果 实验组患者治疗后的总有效率（94.4%）比对照组患者（77.8%）高，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）;实验组患者的不良反应发生率（2.8%）低于对照组患者（13.9%），差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 对糖尿病合并呼吸道感染患者予以常规治疗加痰热清治疗，效果显著，可有效改善其临床症状，且不良反应少，值得大力推行。 　　[关键词] 糖尿病;呼吸道感染;痰热清 　　[中图分类号] R259 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1672-4062（2016）01（a）-0001-03 　　To Observe the Curative Effect of Tanreqing in Treatment of Diabetes Complicated with Respiratory Tract Infection 　　SHEN Wei-jing，DING Zhao-lun，SHEN Lei 　　The Health Hospital of Gaoxing Town， Lanshan District，Rizhao City，Rizhao，Shandong Province，276811 China 　　[Abstract] Objective Diabetic patients with respiratory tract infection explore take effect Tanreqing medication.
