社区团队模式下家庭康复对脑卒中患者生活质量和焦虑抑郁情绪影响研究 　　摘 要 目的：探讨社区团队模式下家庭康复对脑卒中患者生活质量和焦虑抑郁情绪的影响。方法：选择2012年1月到2014年6月枫林街道社区脑卒中患者102例，随机分为两组。康复组52例和对照组50例。康复组由社区康复团队对患者进行个体化的康复训练指导；对照组仅由康复治疗师给予个体化康复指导和健康宣教。采用生活质量指数（QLI）、Hamilton焦虑量表（HAMA）、Hamilton抑郁量表（HAMD）对两组干预前和干预3个月后的疗效进行评估。结果：康复组干预3个月后的QLI、HAMA和HAMD评分分别为（7.81±1.31）分、（9.52±4.13）分和（18.51±4.26）分，对照组分别为（7.42±1.51）分、（13.41±6.24）分和（23.02±2.18）分，组间差异有统计学意义（P0.01）。结论：社区团队模式在家庭康复中对患者的生存质量及心理状态的恢复起到关键作用。 　　关键词 脑卒中 社区团队模式 生活质量 心理干预 　　中图分类号：R743.3/R49 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1006-1533（2015）20-0060-03 　　Study of the impact of the family rehabilitation on the life quality， anxiety and depression of the patients with the stroke under the community team mode 　　XUE Bin， GU Wenqin， TANG Zhengyong， LIU Tongli， ZHAO Shang， QIN Dan 　　（Fenglin Community Health Service Center of Xuhui District， Shanghai 200030， China） 　　ABSTRACT Objective： To explore the impact of the family rehabilitation on the life quality， anxiety and depression of the patients with the stroke under the community team mode.
