社区开展药学服务对2型糖尿病患者依从性和血糖控制影响 　　【摘要】目的 探讨药师在社区开展药学服务对糖尿病患者用药依从性和血糖控制的影响。方法 选取2015年1月～6月在光明社区登记入册的用药依从性差和血糖控制差的2型糖尿病患者60例，要求糖尿病患者参加每月一次的糖尿病防治教育，同时药师为每位患者提供面对面服务，时间是第1周、6周末、12周末，共三次面对面的系统化、规范化的药学服务，每次时间不少于60 min。给每位患者建立用药档案，详细记录个人情况并提供电话咨询服务。患者自身对照，观察12周后用药依从性和血糖控制的变化情况。结果 依从性从0周的（30±20）%上升到12周的（97±5.12）%，HbAlc从0周的（7.92±1.28）%下降到12周后的（6.32±0.68）%（P0.05），空腹血糖从0周的（7.89±2.03）下降到12周后的（5.98±0.98）%（P0.05）。结论 社区开展系统化、规范化的药学服务，对2型糖尿病患者用药依从性和血糖控制有明显改善。 　　【关键词】2型糖尿病；药学服务；用药依从性；血糖控制 　　【中图分类号】R473.2 【文献标识码】B 【文章编号】ISSN.2095-6681.2016.24.00.02 　　Community to carry out pharmaceutical care adherence and glycemic control in patients with type 2 diabetes 　　LI Ji-fen1，LI Yan-wei2 　　（1.Kangding city peoples hospital pharmacy department，Sichuan Ganzi 626000，China； 　　2.Ganzi Peoples Hospital，Sichuan Ganzi 626000，China） 　　【Abstract】Objective Explore the pharmacist in the community to carry out pharmaceutical care in patients with diabetes medication adherence and glycemic control.Methods Selection in January 2015-June registered in the community of light on the medication adherence is poor and poor blood sugar control of 60 patients with type 2 diabetes ，Requirements of diabetes mellitus and diabetic patients attend monthly education ，Pharmacists provide face-to-face service for each patient at the same time， the time is 1 week， 6， 12 weekend over the weekend， a total of three times in the systematization and standardization of pharmaceutical care， face to face every time not less than 60 min.
