社区糖尿病患者规范化护理管理探析 　　DOI：10.16658/j.cnki.1672-4062.2017.05.189 　　[摘要] 患者机体无法分泌足量胰岛素，导致难以有效调控自身血糖水平是引发糖尿病的主要原因。若病情严重，患者心脏、肾脏、神经等器官易出现功能性障碍，威胁生命安全。该文通过分析社区行规范化护理管理的重要性，对社区给予糖尿病患者规范化护理管理的具体方法（成立社区糖尿病护理管理小组、规范社区糖尿病护理管理制度、建立社区糖尿病患者电子档案、加强社区糖尿病护理宣传教育、创设社区糖尿病门诊护理服务）进行阐述，以期帮助患者学习系统性专业护理知识，提升其自护能力，进而减少并发症机会，促进患者身体恢复健康。 　　[关键词] 糖尿病；社区；规范化护理 　　[中图分类号] R473 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1672-4062（2017）03（a）-0189-02 　　Analysis of Standardized Nursing Management of Patients with Community Diabetes 　　BIAN Xue-hui 　　Department of Internal Medicine， Junan Banquan Health Center， Linyi， Shandong Province， 276600 China 　　[Abstract] The organism of patients failing to secrete full-dose insulin thus leading to difficulty in adjusting the blood glucose level is the major cause of diabetes， if the patients’ disease is severe， the heart， renal and nerve and other organs are easy to produce the functional disorder thus threatening the life security of people， and the paper analyzes the importance of community standardized nursing management and elaborates the specific methods of standardized nursing management of community diabetes patients （establishing the community diabetes nursing management group， standardizing the community diabetes nursing management system， establishing the electronic records of patients with community diabetes， enhancing the publicity and education of community diabetes nursing management group and creating the community diabetes outpatient nursing service） in order to help patients study the systematic professional nursing knowledge and improve the self-care ability thus reducing the chance of complications and promoting the recovery of patients. 　　[Key words] Diabetes； Community； Standardized nursing 　　糖尿病是以高血糖?樘卣鞯拇?谢性疾病，易引起其他器官如肾脏、神经等功能障碍，最终对人体健康造成慢性损害[1]。近年我国糖尿病患者数量迅速增长，加之患者经医院治疗后大多在家庭继续进行康复护理，而该方式随意性强且缺乏系统性指导，易影响护理效果并造成患者康复时间延长等问题，所以该文从规范社区护理管理以提升患者自我护理能力并降低患者并发症几率角度进行探析。 　　1 社区行规范化护理管理意义 　　糖尿病病因复杂、病程较长且恢复缓慢，而目前临床仍无根治该疾病的有效方法，若患者对医嘱的遵从性较差则可能加重病情。因此，社区实行规范化护理管理一方面
