痰热清注射液联合抗生素治疗慢性支气管炎急性发作期患者临床观察 　　[摘要] 目的 观察痰热清注射液联合抗生素治疗慢性支气管炎急性发作期的临床效果。 方法 选取本院2011年3月～2012年3月收治的慢性支气管炎急性发作期患者共121例，随机将患者分为两组，观察组患者采用痰热清注射液联合抗生素进行治疗，对照组患者采用常规抗生素治疗。 结果 观察组的总有效率为91.7%，显著高于对照组的82.0%（P0.01）；观察组的治愈率为48.3%，明显高于对照组的29.5%（P0.01）。治疗组的起效时间明显要快于对照组（P0.01）。 结论 采用痰热清注射液联合抗生素治疗慢性支气管炎急性发作具有明显的治疗效果，并且患者的依从性较好，起效快，不良反应少，用药较安全。 　　[关键词] 痰热清注射液；抗生素；慢性支气管炎；急性发作期 　　[中图分类号] R562.2+1 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2013）11（a）-0065-02 　　Clinical observation of tanreqing injection combined with antibiotic therapy in treatment of chronic bronchitis patients in acute-outbreak period 　　CHEN Ying 　　Department of Respiratory Medicine，the People′s Hospital of Taoyuan County in Changde City in Hunan Province，Taoyuan 415700，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of tanreqing injection combined with antibiotic therapy in treatment of chronic bronchitis patients in acute-outbreak period. Methods 121 patients with acute chronic bronchitis in acute-outbreak period treated in our hospital from March 2011 to March 2012 were selected and divided into two groups randomly.The observation group was treated with tanreqing injection combined with antibiotics，and the control group received conventional antibiotics treatment. Results The effective rate of the observation group was 91.7%，which was remarkably highly than that of the control group（82.0%）（P0.01）.The cure rate of the observation group was 48.3%， which was remarkably highly than that of the control group（29.5%）（P0.01）.The onset time of the treatment group was faster than that of the control group（P0.01）.
