细节护理对体检者依从度及护理满意度影响 　　摘 要 目的：探讨细节护理对体检者依从度及护理满意度的影响。方法：选取2014年3月―2015年3月198名体检者作为研究组，体检过程中接受细节护理，2012年3月―2013年3月176名体检者作为对照组，接受常规护理。对比两组体检依从度、体检用时和体检周期、体检知识掌握度以及体检护理满意度。结果：研究组体检依从度良好率为95.96%，显著高于对照组的77.27%（P0.05），体检用时及体检周期均显著低于对照组（P0.05），体检知识掌握度显著高于对照组（P0.05），体检护理满意度96.46%，显著高于对照组的80.11%（P0.05）。结论：细节护理能提高体检者的依从度、体检知识掌握度以及体检护理满意度，缩短体检用时和体检周期，临床应用价值较高。 　　关键词 细节护理 体检者 依从度 护理满意度 　　中图分类号：R473.1 文献标志码：A 文章编号：1006-1533（2016）14-0038-02 　　Influence of detail nursing on the compliance and nursing service satisfaction of the physical examinees 　　WEN Xiaojuan 　　（People’s Hospital of Jian City， Jiangxi Province， Jian 343000， China） 　　ABSTRACT Objective： To explore the influence of detail nursing on the compliance and nursing service satisfaction of the physical examinees. Methods： From March 2014 to March 2015， 198 cases of physical examinees were selected as an experiment group and 176 cases as the control group from March 2012 to March 2013. In the process of physical examination， the control group was cared by the routine nursing and the experiment group by detail nursing. The compliance， physical examination time and cycle， mastery degree of physical examination knowledge and medical nursing satisfaction were compared in the two groups.
