II Earthquake Precursor Observation Ground Water-level Analysis II 1 2 1 2 識 1 2 2 林 1 2 錄 降量不 理論 狀 來 連 狀 六 錄 來行 參 In this study, the ground water-level records of four wells located at the western Taiwan are analyzed for investigating the tidal response of ground water-level fluctuations. The results show that the tidal response of ground water-level fluctuations is obviously for all wells at the time periods of few rainfalls, and the phases of observed tidal responses are quite agree with the theoretical values. Amplitudes of the tidal responses are highly related to the regional geological condition and the source type and distribution area of the ground water. Among the four wells, the response is best for the Don-Her well, then for the Liu-Jar well. The Sin-Pu and Na-Ba wells are worse because of noise interferences.
