精细化管理在基层医院介入室预防医院感染中应用 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨精细化管理理念在基层医院介入室预防医院感染中的应用价值。 方法 就基层医院介入室特点，建立院感质控组织，对人员、物品、环境三大流程及室内空气消毒、手消毒、无菌操作三大环节实施精细化管理。 结果 经过统计考核，进入介入室人员完成标准化流程依从性达到98.9%（P0.05），污染物处置合格率100%（P0.05）；手术感染率为0（P0.05）。 结论 精细化管理可以提高介入室控制感染的能力和水平，为患者提供更优质的医疗服务。 　　[关键词] 精细化管理；医院感染；介入室；护理 　　The application of sophisticated management in the prevention of nosocomial infection in interventional room of basic-level hospital 　　SHAO Guonv1 HE Xiaoqing2 KONG Jiangming3 　　1.Department of Invasive Technology， Jinhua TCM Hospital Affiliated to Zhejiang Chinese Medical University， Jinhua 321017，China；2.Hospital Infection Branch， Jinhua TCM Hospital Affiliated to Zhejiang Chinese Medical University， Jinhua 321017，China；3.Medical Department，Jinhua TCM Hospital Affiliated to Zhejiang Chinese Medical University， Jinhua 321017，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the application value of the sophisticated management philosophy which prevent nosocomial infection in interventional room of basic-level hospitals. Methods According to the characteristics of basic-level hospital interventional room， to establish hospital quality control organization. To implement sophisticated management in three processes including personnel， goods and environment， and in three links of indoor air disinfection， hand disinfection， aseptic operating. Results Through statistical evaluation， the rate of personnel who enter the intervention room compliance completed standardization process reached 98.9%（P0.05）， the pollutant management qualification rate reached 100%（P0.05）， surgical infection rate was 0（P0.05）. Conclusion Sophisticated management can improve the ability and level of nosocomial infection control in interventional room， also provide better medical service for patients. 　　[Key words] Sophisticated management； Nosocomial infection； Interventional room； Nursing 　　介入治疗技术现已广泛应用于临床各系统的微创治疗。基层医院配置的DSA机器常为各科共用，介入室预防医院感染是重要日常管理内容之一。本文现将我科运用“精细化管理”理念[1，2]、消除感染隐患、预防医院感染、提高医疗服务质量工作情况报道如下。 　　1 资料与方法 　　1.1
