精细化管理在骨外科手术患者安全管理中应用 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨分析精细化管理在骨外科手术患者安全管理中的应用。 方法 将内蒙古医科大学第二附属2009年1月～2013年12月住院治疗的212例骨外科手术患者分为实验组（n = 106）与对照组（n = 106）。对负责实验组106人护理工作的护士，实施精细化护理安全管理；对负责对照组106人护理工作的护士，实施常规性护理安全管理。视患者愈后出院为出组标准，对住院期间两组患者的护理满意度、整体护理合格率进行综合比较。 结果 实验组患者护理满意率高于对照组，差异有高度统计学意义（91.51%比60.37%，P 0.01）；实验组护士整体护理质量合格率达99.06%，整体护理质量评分为（97.52±8.43）分，显著高于对照组合格率、护理评分[93.40%，（82.87±7.61）分]，差异均有统计学意义（P 0.05或P 0.01）。 结论 在骨外科手术患者安全管理中应用精细化管理切实提高了护士的护理质量，效果优于常规管理，患者及家属普遍反响良好，具有推广价值。 　　[关键词] 精细化管理；骨外科手术；安全管理 　　[中图分类号] R472.3 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-7210（2014）08（c）-0127-03 　　Effect of meticulous management on nursing safety management for the patients with orthopedics surgical operation 　　ZHAO Guilin1 LU Xiaochun2 ZHANG Runfang3 　　1.Department of Information， the Second Affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia Medical University， Inner Monggol Autonomous Region， Huhhot 010050， China； 2.Department of Pediatric， the Affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia Medical University， Inner Monggol Autonomous Region， Huhhot 010059， China； 3.Department of Urology， the Affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia Medical University， Inner Monggol Autonomous Region， Huhhot 010059， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the effect of meticulous management on nursing safety management for the patients with surgical operation.
