细节化护理干预在普外科临床护理应用效果分析 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨和分析细节化护理干预在普外科护理当中的应用。方法 选取自2013年2月―2014年1月在该院普外科就诊的955例患者作为研究对象，按随机原则，分为观察组478例和对照组477例。对于对照组患者实施一般常规的护理，对观察组患者则在对照组护理的基础上，实施细节化护理干预，然后采用调查问卷的方式，对护理满意度进行对比。 结果 对于研究组普外科患者共发放调查问卷955份，实收955份，回收率为100%。经过护理后，观察组患者的总满意率为97.45%（466/478），明显高于对照组的总满意率87.42%（417/477），该两组患者的护理满意度对比，差异有统计学意义（χ2=2.517，P0.05）。 结论 在对患者的日常护理当中加强重视护理工作的细节化，通过对于护理细节的完善来达到提高与改善整体护理的质量，使患者在住院期间更加舒适，患者家属更为满意，护理人员同患者的关系更加和谐，特别是对于普外科的患者，显得特别重要。 　　[关键词] 普外科护理；细节化护理；护理干预 　　[中图分类号] R473.6 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2015）02（c）-0148-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate and analyze the application of detailed nursing intervention to the nursing of Department of General Surgery. Methods 955 cases visited Department of General Surgery of our hospital from February 2013 to January 2014 were selected as the subjects and randomly divided into the observation group（478 cases） and the control group（477 cases）. Patients in the control group were given the conventional nursing， while those in the observation group were given the detailed nursing intervention based on the conventional nursing. Then the level of nursing satisfaction investigated by the questionnaire was compared between the two groups. Results A total of 955 questionnaires were given out in the subjects， and 955 questionnaires were recovered， the recovery rate was 100%. After care， the overall nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was 97.45%（466/478）， much higher than 87.42%（417/477）， the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（χ2=2.517，P0.05）. Conclusion In the daily nursing for the patients， the details of the nursing work should be paid attention. Increasing and improving the quality of holistic nursing by perfecting the details of nursing， can make the patients more comfortable during hospitalization， family members of patients more satisfied， nurse-patient relationship more harmonious， which is especially important for the general surgery patients. 　　[Key words] Nursin
