老年原发性高血压合并心衰采用贝那普利联合美托洛尔治疗临床分析 　　[摘要] 目的 观察贝那普利联合美托洛尔治疗老年原发性高血压合并心衰患者的实际治疗效果并进行分析讨论。方法 随机选取我院2013年1月～2014年6月收治的80例老年原发性高血压合并心衰患者，分为贝那普利组和贝那普利与美托洛尔联合治疗组，其中贝那普利组40例，对其单独使用贝那普利进行治疗；联合治疗组40例，对其使用贝那普利联合美托洛尔进行治疗。 结果 贝那普利联合美托洛尔治疗的联合治疗组对原发性高血压合并心脏能力衰竭患者的有效程度明显高于贝那普利组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 贝那普利联合美托洛尔对老年原发性高血压合并心衰患者的治疗效果好于单独使用贝那普利进行治疗，值得推广使用。 　　[关键词] 贝那普利；美托洛尔；联合用药；老年原发性高血压合并心衰 　　[中图分类号] R544.11；541.6 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2014）36-0033-03 　　Clinical analysis on effect of applying benazepril combined with metoprolol to treat elderly patients with primary hypertension combined with heart failure 　　YANG Guofeng 　　Department of Internal Medcine， the Second Peoples Hospital of Fuzhou City in Jiangxi Province， Fuzhou 344000， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the effect of benazepril combined with metoprolol in treatment of essential hypertension in elderly with heart failure， discuss and analyze. Methods Randomly selected 80 elderly hypertensive patients with heart failure admitted in our hospital from January 2013 to June 2014， and they were divided into benazepril group and combined treatment group， 40 cases in benazepril group were recieved benazepril treatment alonely； 40 cases in combined treatment group recieved benazepril combined with metoprolol treatment. Results The effectiveness of benazepril combination therapy with metoprolol in the treatment of hypertension and heart capacity for primary failure was significantly higher than that of benazepril group， there were statistical significant differences （P0.05）.
