With the development of the economy, society and technology, the warehouse’s connotation and extension has taken place the huge change. The modern warehouse already formed the store system which composed of the storage spaces, the warehouse facilities, the personnel, the work and management systems, revolved the goods Their functions also extends to a serious of the logistics areas includes the transportation, warehousing and storage、packing、distribution. The circulation processes and information and so on. The store system’s design influxes their economic activity. A good warehouse plan must be able to increase good flow, improve the logistics quality, reduce the logistics cost, raise the service level and provide the better working condition. In other word, It realizes the maximization of the space use, the equipment use and the labor use, realize the goal that all materials are easy to approach, all materials are obtained the biggest protection. This requests the correct plan procedure and method. The papers mainly elaborate the problem of the store system’s design. First of all, it introduces the function, classification, composition of the warehouse. On the basis of the thorough analysis of SMG company and his store system’s present condition, the existence question, the causes of such condition, it points out the necessity of the store systems. Secondly，It discusses the systematization and standardization of the logistics storage areas and it points out that it a very important for the logistics to be standardized. On the basis of this and with the example of warehouse/distribution center, it introduces the rules that should be observed in carrying out storage operation.
