Abstract III IV ABSTRACT The birth of a new technology gave birth to a variety of new media, which has brought the layers of resistance to the development of traditional media.The birth and popularity of the Internet, first gave a heavy blow to the traditional media, which greatly affected the traditional methods of information dissemination, prompting the audience a wide range of traditional media loss; then the mobile terminal technology development and application provide new information communication channels, further segmentation of the market share of traditional media. To adapt to the development of society and win the living space, many traditional media took the initiative to meet the challenges, buy using of new technologies and new media, such as newspapers media on the launch of the intelligence network, network digital newspapers, mobile phones and other forms of product. With the development of 3G technology, the micro-blog came into being and sought after by the general public, and quickly became one of the most popular news releases and access channels. Grassroots, freedom, timeliness and efficiency of micro-blog, just hit the soft underbelly of the traditional media, which made traditional media facing unprecedented pressure. But from another perspective, the emergence of micro-blog seems to traditional media provides a weapon to make up for their shortcomings. As long as traditional media can make full use of micro-blog advantage of this new media, will be able to turn crisis into opportunity.
