舒血宁联合速避凝治疗原发性肾病综合征效果分析 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨舒血宁联合速避凝治疗原发性肾病综合征（PNS）的临床疗效。方法 以2012年3月~2013年3月东阳市人民医院收治的84例PNS患者为研究对象，随机分为两组，对照组予速避凝治疗，实验组予舒血宁联合速避凝治疗，对比两组的临床治疗效果。结果 实验组总有效率为92.85%，对照组76.19%，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；两组治疗后凝血指标、肾功能水平以及血脂水平比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；实验组不良反应发生率为16.67%，对照组为38.10%，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 舒血宁联合速避凝治疗能有效改善PNS患者的血液流变学指标和血脂水平，可以有效延缓PNS的病情恶化，值得临床推广。 　　[关键词] 舒血宁；速避凝；原发性肾病综合征 　　[中图分类号] R692[文献标识码] B[文章编号] 1673-9701（2014）16-0054-04 　　 　　An analysis on the effects of shuxuening combined with fraxiparine in the treatment of primary nephrotic syndrome 　　BU Shuangyan1 LV Zhongmin1 YU Yan2 　　1.Department of Nephrology, Dongyang City People’s Hospital in Zhejiang Province, Dongyang 322100，China; 2.Department of Nephrology, Affiliated Hospital of Nantong University, Nantong 226001，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the clinical effects of shuxuening combined with fraxiparine in the treatment of primary nephrotic syndrome(PNS). Methods Eight-four patients who were admitted to the Dongyang people’s hospital from March 2010 to March 2013 were selected as subjects and randomly assigned into two groups. The control group was administered fraxiparine while the experimental group was administered Shuxuening combined with fraxiparine. The clinical effects between the two groups were then compared.
