舒适护理在二次剖宫产手术中应用效果观察 　　[摘要] 目的 观察舒适护理模式在二次剖宫产术中的应用效果。 方法 回顾性分析200例在我院行二次剖宫产手术产妇资料。将采用常规护理方法的100例产妇作为对照组，采用舒适护理模式的100例产妇作为观察组。比较两组产妇术中出血量、术后下床活动时间、切口愈合时间及患者对护理工作的满意度。 结果 观察组术中出血量、术后下床活动时间、切口愈合时间均少（短）于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。观察组对护理服务的满意度为96.00%，明显高于对照组的78.00%，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 舒适护理服务模式在二次剖宫产术中的应用能提高产妇手术过程的舒适程度，提高其对护理工作的满意度，促进产妇的术后康复，值得临床推广应用。 　　[关键词] 妊娠；瘢痕子宫；剖宫产；舒适护理 　　[中图分类号] R473.71 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2018）06-0156-04 　　[Abstract] Objective To observe the effect of comfortable nursing mode in secondary cesarean section. Methods A retrospective analysis of maternal data of 200 cases of second cesarean section in our hospital was carried out. Took 100 maternal women who took conventional nursing method as control group and 100 maternal women who took comfortable nursing mode as observation group. Bleeding volume， postoperative ambulation time， incision healing time and patient satisfaction with nursing were compared between the two groups. Results The intraoperative blood loss volume， postoperative ambulation time and incision healing time of the observation group were all less（shorter） than those of the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups （P0.05）. The satisfaction rate of the nursing service in the observation group was 96.00%， which was significantly higher than that in the control group（78.00%）. There was significant difference between the two groups（P0.05）.
