舒适护理在消化内科缺血性肠炎患者中临床应用 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨舒适护理在缺血性肠炎的临床应用效果。方法：选择156例缺血性肠炎患者，按入院先后顺序分为对照组（常规护理）和试验组（舒适护理），每组各78例。比较并分析两组患者入院时、干预后疼痛程度、焦虑状况具体差别及出院时患者的护理满意度。结果：两组患者入院时疼痛评分分别为（7.54±1.26）、（7.72±1.49）分，HAMA评分分别为（14.91±9.54）、（14.06±8.41）分，两组比较差异均无统计学意义（P0.05）；干预后疼痛评分分别为（7.39±1.72）、（3.42±1.56）分，HAMA评分分别为（14.58±9.07）、（11.10±7.23）分，两组比较差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。出院时试验组患者护理满意度高达98.72%，明显优于对照组的82.05%，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：对缺血性肠炎患者应用舒适护理，可以有效减轻患者疼痛，降低焦虑程度，提高护理满意度，值得临床推广应用。 　　【关键词】 舒适护理； 缺血性肠炎 　　Clinical Application of Comfortable Nursing in Ischemic Enteritis/ZHAO Qiaohong.//Medical Innovation of China，2018，15（01）：095-098 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To discuss the clinical application effect of comfortable nursing in ischemic enteritis.Method：156 patients of ischemic enteritis were selected，according to the order in hospital they were divided into control group and experimental group，78 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing，the experimental group was given comfortable nursing.The scores of pain and anxiety，nursing satisfaction of two groups were compared.Result：The control group and experimental group patients pain score when on admission were respectively （7.54±1.26） and （7.72±1.49）points，HAMA score were respectively （14.91±9.54） and （14.06±8.41） points，the difference between the two groups had no statistical significance（P0.05）.The control group and experimental group patients pain score after nursing were respectively（7.39±1.72） and （3.42±1.56） points，HAMA score were respectively（14.58±9.07） and （11.10±7.23） points，the difference between the two groups had statistical significance（P0.05）.The experimental group patients nursing satisfaction rate was 98.72% better than the control group of 82.05% when out of the hospital，the difference between the two groups had statistical significance（P0.05）.Conclusion：The comfortable nursing in patients with ischemic enteritis can effectively relieve patients’ pain and anxiety levels，improve nursing satisfaction.It’s worthy for cli
