舒适护理用于股骨颈骨折护理对患者预后影响研究 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨股骨颈骨折患者实施舒适护理的影响以及预后效果。方法：选取本院2012-2014年治疗的60例股骨颈骨折患者作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和试验组，每组30例。对照组给予常规护理，试验组在常规护理的基础上给予舒适护理。观察比较两组患者的护理满意度及并发症发生情况。结果：经护理后，试验组的护理满意度96.67%明显高于对照组的73.33%，差异有统计学意义（ 字2=4.7059，P=0.0301）；试验组的并发症发生率6.67%明显低于对照组的26.67%，差异有统计学意义（ 字2=4.3200，P=0.0377）。结论：舒适护理用于股骨颈骨折护理能够显著提高患者预后疗效及护理满意度，值得临床应用推广。 　　【关键词】 股骨颈骨折； 舒适护理； 预后 　　The Influence Research of Comfort Care on the Prognosis of Patients with Femoral Neck Fractures/LI Shun-ying.//Medical Innovation of China，2015，12（26）：089-092 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To investigate the effect and prognosis of comfort care for patients with femoral neck fracture.Method：60 patients with femoral neck fracture admitted to our hospital from 2012 to 2014 were selected and divided into the control group and the experimental group according to the random number table method，30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine care，the experimental group was given comfort care on the basis of the control group.The patient care satisfaction and occurrence of complications between the two groups were observed and compared.Result：After nursing，the patient care satisfaction of the experimental group was 96.67%，which was significantly higher than 73.33% of the control group，the difference was statistically significant（ 字2=4.7059，P=0.0301）.The complication rate of the experimental group was 6.67%，which was significantly lower than 26.67% of the control group，the difference was statistically significant（ 字2=4.3200，P=0.0377）.Conclusion：Comfort care for femoral neck fracture care can significantly improve the prognosis，efficacy and nursing satisfaction of patients，is worthy of clinical application of the promotion. 　　【Key words】 Femoral neck fracture； Comfort care； Prognosis 　　First-author’s address：The First People’s Hospital of Jinzhou District in Dalian City，Dalian 116100，China 　　doi：10.3969/j.issn.1674-4985.2015.26.027 　　由于骨质疏松而导致股骨颈质地脆化，周围肌群组织逐年发生功能退化，故轻微受到外力伤害，就会导致股骨颈骨折[1]。老年患者的骨密度下
