股薄肌肌皮瓣修复阴道癌切除术后缺损疗效分析 　　[摘要]目的：探讨股薄肌肌皮瓣修复阴道癌切除术后缺损的临床效果。方法：选择2015年1月至2017年1月接诊的需行阴道癌切除手术的4例患者作为研究对象，应用股薄肌肌皮瓣修复阴道癌切除术后缺损部位，采用肌皮瓣肌肉组织进行填充，行创面修复和阴道再造。结果：4例患者获得较好的效果，肌皮瓣全部成活，切口愈合为甲级，再造外阴丰满，阴道清洁，阴道腔可容纳3指，柔韧有弹性。随访1～2年，无阴道挛缩，阴道色泽红润，修复的外阴、阴道外观正常，性生活正常。结论：采用股薄肌肌皮瓣修复阴道癌切除术后缺损部位，不影响患者的其他治疗，且修复后机能较为正常，效果较好，临床价值较高。 　　[关键词]阴道癌；缺损部位；股薄肌肌皮瓣；修复；效果 　　[中图分类号]R622 [文献标志码]A [文章编号]1008-6455（2017）09-0024-04 　　Effect of Gracilis Myocutaneous Flap for Repair of Defects after Resection of Vaginal Carcinoma 　　WANG Xiao-fang 　　（Department of Emergency Medicine，Xianning Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital， Xianning 437100，Hubei，China） 　　Abstract： Objective To investigate the application of gracilis myocutaneous flap to repair the defect site after resection of vaginal carcinoma. Methods 4 cases from January 2015 to January 2017 were surgical resection of vagina cancer patients as the research object， using the gracilis myocutaneous flap to repair the female patients with vaginal cancer after resection of the defect. The patients occurred after resection of vagina cancer tissue defect， can use muscle flap muscle tissue to fill， skin the organization can be wound repair and reconstruction of vagina. Results 4 patients got better results. All the flaps survived， and the incision healed for Grade A. The reconstructed vulva was full and the vagina was clean. The vaginal cavity contained 3 fingers， and it was flexible and elastic. The patients were followed up for 1-2 years without vaginal contracture， rosy color， normal appearance of the vulva and vagina， and normal sexual life. Conclusion The gracilis muscle flap can be used to repair the defect site after the resection of vaginal cancer， without affecting the other treatment of the patients， and the function is normal after repair.
