肿瘤专科医院住院患者不合理用药分析 　　[摘要] 目的 分析肿瘤专科医院住院患者不合理用药情况。 方法 收集2012年1月～2013年12月经本院临床药师分层抽样点评审核的住院病历327份、1773条处方医嘱，对医嘱不合理用药情况进行统计分析。 结果 共汇总126份病历、211条医嘱存在不合理用药情况，表现为以下类型：药物联用不合理47例、超常规用药33例、抗菌素使用不合理51例、中药注射剂使用不合理80例。 结论 肿瘤专科医院住院患者不合理用药的表现复杂、形式多样，临床药师应提高专业技术知识，积极协助临床查房，以降低临床不合理用药及不良反应的发生率，保障患者安全用药。 　　[关键词] 肿瘤医院；不合理用药；临床药师 　　[中图分类号] R969.3 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1674-4721（2014）09（a）-0165-04 　　Analysis of irrational drug use in inpatient of cancer hospital 　　ZHANG Cai-you1 ZENG Chun-sheng1 WANG Hong-da2 HUANG Zuo-chao1 LUO Hui-jun1 　　1.Center Pharmacy of Ganzhou Cancer Hospital in Jiangxi Province，Ganzhou 341000，China；2.Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine，Ganzhou Cancer Hospital in Jiangxi Province，Ganzhou 341000，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To analyze the situation of irrational drug use in inpatient of cancer Hospital. Methods 327 medical records of inpatient and 1773 doctor′advice in our hoapital from January 2012 to December 2013 were collected and reviewed，audited with stratified sampling by clinical pharmacist.The situation of irrational drug use was statistically analyzed. Results After summarized， 126 medical records of inpatient and 211 doctor′advice were unqualified，and showed the following types，the unreasonable combination of drugs were found in 47 cases，33 cases existed unconventional treatment，51 cases had inappropriate usage of antibiotics，and 80 cases happened unreasonable usage of traditional Chinese medicine injections.
