胸腺生殖细胞肿瘤及神经内分泌肿瘤多层螺旋CT表现与病理对照探讨 　　摘要： 目的：探讨生殖细胞肿瘤及神经内分泌肿瘤的多层螺旋CT表现与病理对照，提高诊断准确率。方法：选取50 例经疑似生殖细胞肿瘤及神经内分泌肿瘤的患者，对患者的多层螺旋CT和病理进行对照研究。结果：疑似生殖细胞肿瘤组患者的吸烟史平均为（9.45±2.12）年，疑似神经内分泌肿瘤组患者的平均吸烟史为（10.09±1.98）年;疑似生殖细胞肿瘤组高中文化及以上12例，疑似神经内分泌肿瘤高中文化及以上12例，两组比较差异无统计学意义（p0.05）。疑似生殖细胞肿瘤组CT检查阳性率为68.00%，疑似神经内分泌肿瘤CT检查阳性率为64.00%，疑似生殖细胞肿瘤组病理检查阳性率为76.00%，疑似神经内分泌肿瘤病理检查阳性率为80.00%，两组相比无统计学意义（p0.05）。结论：生殖细胞肿瘤及神经内分泌肿瘤多层螺旋CT表现可以观察到一定的特征性，对患者的术前诊断同样有着极其重要的临床意义。 　　关键词： 生殖细胞肿瘤;神经内分泌肿瘤;多层螺旋CT;病理 　　Abstract：Objective： To investigate the multislice spiral CT features and pathology of germ cell tumors and neuroendocrine tumors， improve the accuracy rate of diagnosis. Methods： select 50 cases of suspected germ cell tumors and neuroendocrine tumor patients， patients on multislice spiral CT and pathology were studied. Results： the suspected smoking history germ cell tumor patients averaged （9.45 + 2.12） years， average smoking history of suspected neuroendocrine tumors were （10.09 + 1.98） years; suspected germ cell tumor and 12 cases of group culture of high school above， suspected neuroendocrine tumor and 12 cases of culture of high school above， two group of comparison no significant difference （P gt; 0.05）. The positive rate of suspected germ cell tumors of group CT was 68%， the positive rate of suspected neuroendocrine tumors of CT was 64%， the positive rate of pathological examination of suspected group of germ cell tumor was 76%， the positive rate of suspected neuroendocrine tumor pathological examination was 80%， the two groups showed no statistical significance （P gt; 0.05）.
