胸腺肽α1提高国产恩替卡韦治疗HBeAg阳性慢性乙型肝炎疗效临床分析 　　[摘要] 目的 研究胸腺肽α1提高国产恩替卡韦治疗HBeAg阳性慢性乙型肝炎的临床效果。方法 研究对象：方便选取该院 2015年10月―2016年11月收治的50例HBeAg阳性慢性乙型肝炎患者。根据随机数字表法，将其分为两组，治疗药物：对照组为单独应用国产恩替卡韦，研究组为国产恩替卡韦加用胸腺肽α1。研究时间范围：52周，对两组ALT、AST、TBil，HBV DNA阴转率，HBeAg阴转率，HBeAg血清转换率，血清肝纤维化指标（PCⅢ、CⅣ、HA与LN）进行对比分析。统计学分析：采用软件SPSS20.0，比较两组临床结果。结果 研究组HBV DNA阴转率为80%，高于对照组的52%，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。HBeAg阴转率为60%，高于对照组的32%， HBeAg血清转换率48%，高于对照组20%，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 胸腺肽α1可明显提高国产恩替卡韦治疗HBeAg阳性慢性乙型肝炎临床疗效。 　　[关键词] HBeAg阳性慢性乙型肝炎；胸腺肽α1；恩替卡韦 　　[中图分类号] R5 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2017）09（b）-0130-03 　　[Abstract] Objective This paper tries to study the clinical effect of thymosin alpha 1 combined with domestic entecavir for the treatment of HBeAg positive chronic hepatitis B. Methods 50 cases of HBeAg positive chronic hepatitis B patients in this hospital from October 2015 to November 2016 were convenient selected. According to the random number table， they were divided into two groups： the control group adopted single domestic entecavir， the study group adopted domestic entecavir combined with thymosin alpha 1； the research period： 52 weeks， the ALT， AST， TBil， HBV DNA negative rate， HBeAg negative conversion rate， HBe Ag serum conversion rate， serum liver fibrosis indexes （PC III， IV C， HA and LN） of the two groups were analyzed. Statistical analysis： using SPSS20.0 software， the clinical results were compared between the two groups. Results In the study group， HBV DNA negative rate was 80%， higher than the control group of 52%， with significant difference（P0.05）. The HBeAg conversion rate was 60%， higher than the control group of 32%， HBeAg seroconversion rate was 48%， higher than that of the control group of 20%， with significant difference（P0.05）.
