湘潭大学硕士学位论文 II Abstract As the fast development of the power electronic technology, the degree of the integration and high power rate of the Electronic Components are getting higher and higher, and the cooling problem of the electronic components, especially the heat dissipation Switching devices IGBT, is becoming more and more prominent. With its characteristics of compact structure, low cost, and high thermal conversion efficiency, the Louvered fin radiator is widely used in the cooling of the Electronic Components. Aiming at the cooling problem of the high-power IGBT with the rated power of 1.8kW, this paper studies its related disciplines such as internal flow field and heat transfer characteristics and so on when the Louver fin radiator is cooling the IGBT. The main research contents are as follow: (1)According to the theory of heat transferring, theoretically calculate the louvered fin radiator in three aspects: heat conduction, convection and thermal radiation, and provide a theoretical basis for its thermal analysis. (2)Use ANSYS-ICEPAK software to establish a complete analysis model for the louvered fin radiator and carry out a numerical simulation for it, analysed the radiator’s interior fluid field characteristics and temperature distribution under different wind speed, and obtain the temperature curve and thermal resistance curve of the radiator under different wind speed and the curve of radiator’s inner flow speed with variation of the inlet speed in accordance with the analysis results. (3)Provided the improvement proposal of GBT Layout in accordance with the numerical analysis results, the temperature of radiator declined 3.3 ° C and improved the effect of cooling. (4)Tested inlet and outlet of air temperature and components of surface temperature of the louvered fin radiator under heat power rated 1.8kW and different inlet wind speed,obtained the test value of thermal resistance and components of surface temperature, combined with t
