胎膜早破与难产关系分析和护理评价 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨胎膜早破与难产的关系以及相应的护理对策。 方法 随机选取2012年2月～2014年2月间本院收治的100例胎膜早破产妇作为观察组，选择同期于本院分娩的100例健康产妇作为对照组。比较两组患者难产的发生率。将100例胎膜早破产妇随机分为A、B两组各50例；A组进行优质护理干预，B组进行产科常规护理；比较两组产妇的护理效果及护理满意度。 结果 观察组自然分娩率56.00%，明显低于对照组78.00%，不良反应21.00%明显高于对照组5.00%（χ2=10.945～11.317，P0.05）；A组产妇焦虑评分（39.2±3.5）、并发症2.00%均明显低于对照组，满意度98.00%明显高于对照组82.00%（χ2=7.111，P0.05）。 结论 胎膜早破会增加产妇的难产机率，对于存在胎膜早破的产妇强化基础护理，给予针对性优质护理干预可降低并发症发生，缓解焦虑程度，提高护理满意度。 　　[关键词] 胎膜早破；难产；???理；妊娠结局；负性情绪 　　[中图分类号] R473.71 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2015）34-0146-04 　　Analysis and evaluation of the relationship between nursing premature rupture of membranes and dystocia 　　ZOU Shuijuan ZHANG Ruiyun 　　Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology，the Second Hospital of Shaoxing City in Zhejiang Province，Shaoxing 312000，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To analyze the premature rupture of membranes and difficult labor relations and the corresponding nursing countermeasures.
