肾结石患者应用输尿管软镜联合钬激光治疗临床护理方法与效果 　　【摘要】 目的 探?输尿管软镜联合钬激光治疗肾结石患者的临床护理方法与效果。方法 80例行输尿管软镜联合钬激光治疗的肾结石患者， 随机分为研究组和对照组， 各40例。对照组采用常规护理， 研究组采用综合护理干预。采用生活质量评价量表（SF-36）评价生活质量， 对两组的手术时间、住院时间、健康教育知识掌握程度、生活质量水平、并发症情况进行综合比较。结果 两组手术时间比较差异无统计学意义（P0.05）；研究组住院时间（5.63±0.37）d、健康教育知识掌握程度（22.06±1.36）分均优于对照组（7.47±0.71）d、（19.84±1.45）分， 差异均具有统计学意义（P0.05）；随访6个月， 研究组生活质量各维度评分均优于对照组， 差异均具有统计学意义（P0.05）。研究组术后并发症发生率为5.0%， 低于对照组的25.0%， 差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）。两组并发症经积极对症处理后好转。结论 输尿管软镜联合钬激光治疗肾结石效果确切， 辅以围手术期综合护理干预， 对症效果好， 能有效促进患者术后康复， 降低并发症发生率， 提高生活质量， 值得临床推广。 　　【关键词】 输尿管软镜；钬激光；肾结石；综合护理 　　DOI：10.14163/j.cnki.11-5547/r.2017.13.071 　　【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical nursing method and effect of kidney stone patients treated with flexible ureteroscope combined with holmium laser. Methods A total of 80 kidney stone patients treated with flexible ureteroscope combined with holmium laser were randomly divided into research group and control group， with 40 cases in each group. The control group received conventional nursing， and the research group received comprehensive nursing intervention. Quality of life was evaluated by MOS 36-item short-form health survey （SF-36） scale， and comprehensive comparison were made on operation time， hospital stay time， mastery degree of health education knowledge， quality of life level and complications in two groups. Results Both groups had no statistically significant difference in operation time （P0.05）. The research group had hospital stay time as （5.63±0.37） d， mastery degree of health education knowledge as （22.06±1.36） points， which were all better than （7.47±0.71） d and （19.84±1.45） points in the control group， and their difference had statistical significance （P0.05）.
