腹腔镜下胆囊切除术手术室护理配合有效措施分析 　　摘要：目的 分析腹腔镜下胆囊切除术的手术室护理配合措施。方法 回顾分析2016年1月～2017年1月在我院行腹腔镜下胆囊切除术的94例患者临床资料，将其随机分为对照组和观察组，每组47例患者。对照组患者采用常规手术室护理，观察组患者采用有效的手术室护理配合措施，观察对比两组患者临床护理效果。结果 观察组患者手术时间、住院时间明显短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；观察组患者手术成功率高于对照组，术后并发症发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 临床给予腹腔镜下胆囊切除术患者有效的手术室护理配合措施，可提高手术成功率，缩短住院时间，有效预防术后并发症的发生，对改善患者预后效果具有重要的意义。 　　关键词：腹腔镜；胆囊切除术；手术室；护理配合 　　中图分类号：R473.6 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1006-1959（2017）21-0142-02 　　Analysis of Effective Measures of Nursing Cooperation in Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy 　　PAN Yan-hui 　　（Operation Room，Jixian Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine，Tianjin 301900，China） 　　Abstract：Objective To analyze the nursing system of laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods Retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 94 cases of patients in January 2016～January 2017 in our hospital underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy，were randomly divided into control group and observation group，47 patients in each group.The control group was treated with routine operation room nursing，the observation group were treated by effective nursing measures in operation room，comparison of two groups of patients with clinical nursing effect.Results In the observation group， operation time，hospitalization time was significantly shorter than the control group，the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）；patients in the observation group operation success rate was higher than the control group，the complication rate was lower than the control group after operation，the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion The clinical cooperation measures in patients undergoing operation room nursing effective resection laparoscopic cholecystectomy，can improve the success rate of surgery，shorten the hospitalization time，effectively prevent the occurrence of postoperative complications，which has important significance for improving the prognosis of patients. 　　Key words：Laparoscopic；Cholecystectomy；Operation room；Nursing cooperation 　　随着医疗水平的不断提高，腹腔镜在临床治疗疾病
