脑脊液及血清中NSE与手足口病患儿发生病毒性脑炎相关性分析 　　[摘要] 目的 分析脑脊液及血清中NSE水平与手足口病并发病毒性脑炎之间的相关性。 方法 随机选取98例于2014年3月―2015年6月收治的患儿作为观察组，根据1周内患儿的病情分为A组（48例，重症患儿）和B组（50例，危重症患儿），然后抽取同期50例健康儿童为对照组，均行ELISA（酶联免疫法）检测其脑脊液和血清中的NSE水平。 结果 观察组脑脊液和血清中的NSE分别为（10.85±3.62）ug/L与（18.85±3.03）ug/L，均显著高于对照组的（3.34±1.89）ug/L和（10.78±2.39）ug/L，且B组的（13.96±3.98）ug/L和（21.45±3.98）ug/L，显著高于A组的（8.48±1.39）ug/L和（15.98±2.36）ug/L，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 脑脊液及血清中NSE和手足口病并发病毒性脑炎的病情进展具有密切关联，通过测量可以为准确评估患儿病情提供科学依据。 　　[关键词] 脑脊液；血清；NSE；手足口病；病毒性脑炎；相关性 　　[中图分类号] R5 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2015）12（c）-0047-02 　　Correlation Analysis between Cerebrospinal Fluid with Serum NSE and Hand-Foot-and-Mouth Disease Complicated by Viral Encephalitis 　　ZENG Qing-huang 　　Department of Neurological Rehabilitation， Putian Childrens Hospital， Putian， Fujian Province， 351100 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To analyze the correlation between cerebrospinal fluid with serum NSE and hand-foot-and-mouth disease complicated by viral encephalitis.
