耳穴埋豆加穴位按摩治疗中风后便秘护理研究 　　【摘要】 目的：为了提高中风后便秘患者的护理效果，探讨和研究在给予耳穴埋豆加穴位按摩治疗过程中实施优质护理的价值和意义。方法：根据随机原则从2015年1月-2016年1月来本院治疗的中风后便秘患者中选取60例作为研究对象，将其按照随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组，各30例，入组患者均给予耳穴埋豆加穴位按摩方案治疗，其中对照组患者实施常规护理，而试验组患者则给予优质护理，比较不同护理方案的疗效差异。结果：经过研究发现，试验组和对照组患者均取得一定护理效果，且试验组患者总有效率及临床症状积分改善更占优势，两组比较差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。试验组护理满意度明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：中风后便秘患者给予耳穴埋豆加穴位按摩方案治疗基础上实施优质护理服务，有助于提高护理质量，增强护患沟通，效果显著，值得推广。 　　【关键词】 中风后便秘； 耳穴埋豆； 穴位按摩 　　Nursing of Auricular Beans and Acupoint Massage in the Treatment of Constipation after Stroke/CHEN Kai-ling，HUANG Yi-ling，CHEN Zhi-bin，et al.//Medical Innovation of China，2016，13（35）：081-084 　　【Abstract】 Objective：In order to improve the effect of patients with constipation after stroke，to explore the value and significance of auricular beans and acupoint massage in the treatment of discussion and study in the course of treatment.Method：According to the principle of random from January 2015 to January 2016 in our hospital for treatment of patients with constipation after stroke，60 cases were selected as the research objects and the method of coin toss was divided into the control group and the experimental group，30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional medicine，and the experimental group was given auricular beans plus acupoint massage therapy，the effects of two groups were compared.Result：The effects of two groups were improved，the total effective rate and clinical symptom score of the experimental group improved more dominant，the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group，and the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：Constipation after stroke treated with auricular beans plus acupoint massage therapy，helps to improve the quality of life，prevent and reduce the incidence of all kinds of adverse events，significant effect，it is worth of promoting. 　　【Key words】 Constipation after stroke； A
