股骨近端防旋髓内钉内固定术治疗老年患者股骨粗隆间骨折疗效分析 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨股骨近端防旋髓内钉内固定术治疗老年患者股骨粗隆间骨折的临床疗效。 方法 选择2010年10月～2012年10月我院就诊的股骨粗隆间骨折70例老年患者临床资料进行回顾性分析，根据治疗方法不同分为观察组与对照组，每组各35例，观察组采用PFNA治疗，对照组采用DHS治疗。观察比较两组患者手术时间、术中出血量，住院时间及并发症情况，并进行术后髋关节功能评分比较。 结果 两组患者平均手术时间、出血量、住院时间及并发症发病情况比较，观察组患者均明显少于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。观察组的Harris评分优良率为97.1%明显高于对照组的88.4%，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 PFNA治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折相比DHS固定手术具有术中出血量少、手术时间短、恢复快、治疗效果显著的优点，值得临床广泛应用 　　[关键词] 股骨近端防旋髓内钉；老年患者；股骨粗隆间骨折 　　[中图分类号] R683.42 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 2095-0616（2013）14-174-02 　　Clinical effects of proximal femoral nail anti-rotation in treatment of elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture 　　YANG Xiujin 　　Department of Orthopaedics，Chongqing Xiushan County Peoples Hospital，Chongqing 409900，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To study the clinical effects of proximal femoral nail anti-rotation in treatment of elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture. Methods The clinical data of 70 elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture who were in hospital from October 2010 to October 2012 were retrospectively analyzed. All patients were divided into the control group and the experiment group according to the treatment method，with 35 cases in each group. The experiment group was given PFNA and the control group was treated by DHS. The operation time，intraoperative bleeding，hospitalization time and complications of two groups were observed and compared，and the scores of hip joint function after operation of two groups were compared. Results The average operation time，bleeding volume，the incidence of complications and hospitalization time comparison in the observation group were significantly less than that in the control group，the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.
