苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平联合阿托伐他汀治疗老年性高血压疗效以及对颈动脉内膜中层厚度影响 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平联合阿托伐他汀用于老年高血压患者的疗效以及对患者颈动脉内膜中层厚度（IMT）的影响。方法：137例老年高血压合并颈动脉内膜中层增厚患者随机分为对照组（68例）与观察组（69例），对照组给予苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平治疗，观察组给予苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平与阿托伐他汀联合治疗，比较分析两组患者血压、血脂以及颈动脉IMT。结果：治疗后，两组患者的收缩压和舒张压、IMT均明显低于治疗前，且观察组患者的收缩压、舒张压、IMT均明显低于对照组，TG、TC、LDL-C均明显低于治疗前及对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。观察组患者治疗总有效率91.3%明显高于对照组的76.5%，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平与阿托伐他汀联合应用可有效控制血压，改善IMT，延缓高血压病患者颈动脉粥样硬化进展。 　　【关键词】 苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平； 阿托伐他汀； 高血压； 颈动脉内膜中层厚度 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To investigate the effect of Levamlodipine Besylate combined with Atorvastatin in the treatment of senile hypertension and influence on carotid artery intima-media thickness（IMT）.Method：137 patients with hypertension and carotid intima-media thickening in our hospital were randomly divided into the control group（n=68） and the observation group（n=69）.The control group was treated with Levamlodipine Besylate，and the observation group was treated with Levamlodipine Besylate combined with Atorvastatin.The blood pressure，lipids and carotid IMT were compared between the two groups.Result：After treatment，the systolic and diastolic blood pressure，IMT of the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment，and the systolic and diastolic blood pressure，IMT of the observation group were significantly lower than the control group，TG，TC，LDL-C of the observation group were significantly lower than before treatment and the control group，the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.The total effective rate of the observation group was 91.3%，which was significantly higher than 76.5% of the control group，the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：The combined treatment of Levamlodipine Besylate and Atorvastatin can effectively control blood pressure，reduce IMT thickening and slow down the process of carotid atherosclerosis in senile patients with hypertension. 　　【Key words】 Levamlodipine Besylate； Atorvastatin； Hypertension； IMT 　　First-author’s address：The People’s Hos
