Methods: Wistar rats were randomly divided into control group, model group, model, model+moxibustion group, AA rat model induced by complete Freunds adjuvant (FCA).Mild moxibustion on the left ST36” of model+moxibustion group once a day, totally 15 times. Monitoring local blood flow of ST36 with Laser Doppler blood-flow monitoring(LDF) for the local perfusion(PU) fo ST36”, the degree of aggregation of movable blood cells(CMBC), the average moving speed(V) of movable blood cells. Using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA), immunohistochemistry(IH) and Western blot(WB) to observe changes of local AT1 and TRPV2 expression of ST36. Randomly divided Wistar rats into model+moxibustion group, model+AT1 blocking+ moxibustion group,model+TRPV2 blocking+moxibustion group. AA rat model induced by complete Freunds adjuvant (FCA) with valsartan orally to rats blocking AT1, local injection of ruthenium red (RR) for TRPV2 blocking. Mild moxibustion on the left ST36” of three groups once a day, totally 15 times. Monitoring local blood flow of ST36 with Laser Doppler blood-flow monitoring(LDF) for the local perfusion(PU) fo ST36”, the degree of aggregation of movable blood cells(CMBC), the average moving speed(V) of movable blood cells.
