腹腔镜与开腹手术治疗胃十二指肠溃疡穿孔比较分析 　　[摘要] 目的 比?^分析腹腔镜与开腹手术治疗胃十二指肠溃疡穿孔的手术效果。 方法 选取2014年1月～2016年1月于我院住院进行手术治疗的胃十二指肠溃疡穿孔患者60例作为研究对象，根据手术方法不同分为腹腔镜组（腹腔镜手术）和对照组（开腹手术），对比分析腹腔镜组与对照组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、术后开始下床时间、住院时间及术后并发症情况（切口感染、肺部感染、腹腔脓肿、肠梗阻、脂肪液化）。 结果 腹腔镜组患者的平均手术时间为（62.6±12.8）min、平均术中出血量为（25.6±3.8）mL、平均术后开始下床时间为（15.1±4.3）h、平均住院时间为（5.2±1.3）d，分别与对照组比较，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。腹腔镜组患者的术后并发症发生率为6.7%，显著低于对照组（P0.05）。 结论 腹腔镜与开腹手术治疗胃十二指肠溃疡穿孔均具有较好的临床治疗效果，但腹腔镜手术较开腹手术具有手术时间短、术中出血少、术后下床活动时间快、平均住院时间短、术后并发症少等优点，有利于患者术后病情的及早恢复。 　　[关键词] 胃十二指肠溃疡穿孔；腹腔镜手术；开腹手术；并发症 　　[中图分类号] R656.6 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2017）29-0050-03 　　Comparative analysis of laparoscopic and open surgery in the treatment of gastric and duodenal ulcer perforation 　　LI Shihua 　　Department of No.1 General Surgery， Dalian City Pulandian District Central Hospital， Dalian 116200， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To compare and analyze the effect of laparoscopic and open surgery in the treatment of gastric and duodenal ulcer perforation. Methods A total of 60 patients with gastric and duodenal ulcer perforation who were hospitalized in our hospital and given surgical treatment from January 2014 to January 2016 were selected as the study subjects.
