腹部和阴道彩超诊断异位妊娠价值对比研究 　　【摘要】 目的：对比分析腹部和阴道彩超用于异位妊娠诊断的价值。方法：选择2013年4月-2014年4月笔者所在医院收治的异位妊娠患者134例，随机分为观察组70例和对照组64例，观察组采取经阴道彩超检查，而对照组采取经腹部彩超检查，比较两种检查方式的诊断符合率。结果：观察组检出68例，检出率为97.14%；对照组检出55例，检出率85.94%，两组检出率比较，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：在早期异位妊娠患者的诊断当中，阴道彩超较腹部彩超有更高的准确率，对于异位妊娠的诊断更加具有临床价值，在早期的检查过程当中应尽可能以阴道彩超为主。 　　【关键词】 腹部彩超； 阴道彩超； 异位妊娠 　　中图分类号 R730.41 文献标识码 B 文章编号 1674-6805（2015）12-0067-02 　　Comparative Study on Values of Abdominal and Vaginal Color Doppler Ultrasound in Diagnosis of Ectopic Pregnancy/LIANG Kun，LIU Zhao-hui.//Chinese and Foreign Medical Research，2015，13（12）：67-68 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To compare the values of abdominal and vaginal color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy.Method：134 cases with ectopic pregnancy were selected in this study.All of the patients were admitted in our hospital from April 2013 to April 2014.The patients were randomly divided into the observation group（n=70） and the control group（n=64）.The observation group was given transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound，while the control group was given transabdominal color Doppler ultrasound.The two inspections were compared for the diagnostic accordance rate.Result：In the observation group，ectopic pregnancy was detected out in 68 cases，with the detection rate of 97.14%.In the control group， ectopic pregnancy was detected out in 55 cases，with the detection rate of 85.94%.There were statistically significant differences in detection rates of the two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion：Vaginal color Doppler ultrasound has a higher accuracy than abdominal color Doppler ultrasound in early diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy，which has greater clinical value in diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy.Vaginal color Doppler ultrasound should be given priority to as far as possible in early detection. 　　【Key words】 Abdominal color Doppler ultrasound； Vaginal color Doppler ultrasound； Ectopic pregnancy 　　First-author’s address：Xiangya Boai Rehabilitation Hospital，Changsha 410000，China 　　doi：10.14033/j.cnki.cfmr.2
