葶苈大枣泻肺汤合三子养亲汤治疗肺心病可行性研究 　　[摘要]目的 分析肺心病患者采取葶苈大枣泻肺汤合三子养亲汤治疗的可行性，为临床治疗提供参考。方法 选取该院在2013年3月―2014年7月收治的肺心病患者76例，依照治疗方法的不同分为治疗组和对照组各38例，治疗组患者采取葶苈大枣泻肺汤合三子养亲汤治疗，对照组患者采取常规西医治疗，比较分析两组患者止呕效果、血液流学变化情况以及不良反应等情况。结果 治疗组患者总治疗有效率（86.8%）明显高于对照组（65.8%），P0.05，治疗后患者血气明显改善，P0.05，治疗组患者血气指标改善情况明显优于对照组，P0.05，治疗组患者临床症状改善时间明显短于对照组，P0.05。结论 肺心病患者采取葶苈大枣泻肺汤合三子养亲汤能够提高治疗效果，安全高，具有推广使用价值。 　　[关键词]肺心病；血液流；葶苈大枣泻肺汤 　　[中图分类号]R5 [文献标识码]A [文章编号]1674-0742（2015）04（b）-0152-02 　　Feasibility Study of Tingli Dazao Xiefei Decoction and Three Sons of a Dear Decoction in the Treatment of Pulmonary Heart Disease 　　LIU Yaowen 　　Chinese Medicine in Cardiovascular Department， Nanyang Medical College Affiliated Hospital of traditional Chinese Medicine，Nanyang，Henan Province，473001 China 　　[Abstract]Objective To analyze the feasibility of takeing Tingli Dazao xiefei Decoction and three sons of a dear Decoction in the treatment of pulmonary heart disease， provides the reference for the clinical treatment.Methods 70 patients admitted in our hospital from March 2013 to July 2014 were selected，according to the different therapeutic methods divided into treatment group and the control group with 38 cases in each group，the patients in the treatment group were taken Tingli Dazao xiefei Decoction and three sons of a dear Decoction to treatment，patients in the control group take routine treatment of Western medicine， campared and analysis two groups of the antiemetic effect，tne change of blood rheology and adverse reaction.Results The total efficiency of treatment of the patients in the treatment group （86.8%） was significantly higher than the control group （65.8%）， P0.05， after the treatment，the flesh of patients has ignificantly improved， P0.05，the flesh index of treatment group were significantly higher than those in control group，P0.05，clinical symptoms improved time of treatment group was significantly shorter than the control group，P0.05.Conclusion Using Tingli Dazao xiefei Decoction and three sons of a dear decocti
