蒂部分段结扎法对缩短皮瓣断蒂时间动物研究 　　[摘要]目的：探讨蒂部分段结扎法缩短皮瓣断蒂时间方法的可行性及其在带蒂皮瓣转移中的应用。方法：制作大鼠背部随意型皮瓣，采用蒂部分段结扎法逐步减少蒂部血流，分别在3天、6天、9天、12天完全断蒂，观察皮瓣的存活率及微血管密度，并作统计分析。结果：3天、6天、9天断蒂的大鼠皮瓣，其皮瓣外观、存活率及血管密度均存在差异（P0.05）。结论：蒂部分段结扎法能缩短皮瓣断蒂时间，9天为该方法断蒂的较好时机，既有利于皮瓣血流循环的充分建立，又能保证皮瓣存活。 　　[关键词]蒂部分段结扎法；断蒂时间；提前断蒂 　　[中图分类号]R622R332[文献标识码]A[文章编号]1008-6455（2014）10-0815-03 　　 　　The animal research of subsection-and-ligation to decrease the time of flap pedicle division 　　LI Xiao-fang1,ZHENG Chu-fa2,DENG Ting-ting3,WU Ze-yong4 　　(1.Department of Pathology, Affiliated Hospital of Guangdong Medical College,Zhanjiang 524001, Guangdong,China;2. Subsection-and-ligation the pedicle flap to reduce the blood supply and pedicle divisionwas performed when the 3,6,9 and 12 day after the surgery,respectively.Then counting and statistical analysis of the flap survival rate and microvessel density.ResultsThere were differences in its appearance,the flap survival rate and microvessel density between the groups of 3-day,6-day,9-day(P0.05).ConclusionThe method of subsection-and-ligation the pedicle flap enable the early pedicle division and its best time to pedicle division was 9-day,which both good for establishing the circulation of blood supply and ensure the survival of the flap. 　　Key words:subsection-and-ligation the flap pedicle;time of pedicle division;early pedicle division 　　带蒂皮瓣是整形外科、手外科及骨科常用的创面修复手段，该皮瓣应用于肢体时，需行肢体制动。目前，临床上带蒂皮瓣的断蒂时间一般在术后3周进行，存在住院时间长、肢体长时间固定后引起关节僵硬，影响肢体功能等缺点。因此，研究安全而有效缩短皮瓣断蒂时间的方法具有重要的临床意义。2012年6月～2013年7月，笔者采用蒂部分段结扎法对10只雄性SD大鼠共20块随意型皮瓣进行研究，取得良好效果，现报道如下。 　　 　　1材料和方法 　　1.1 材料：雄性SD大鼠10只，3个月龄，体重370～422g，单笼饲养，动物及饲料由广东医学院动物实验中心提供。C
