In auto parts trading market of China, some foreign business tycoons of the auto-parts industry are speeding up to permeate to Chinese market. Relative to car industry,which is booming for the steel industry, that is the existence of great strategic consolidation. How to implement more competitive supply chain management and win the competition exceeded, is one of critical issues for China’s steel-wheels enterprises. Baosteel group has been in the current practiced an new strategy. This paper researched the information management issues of the supply chain, to implement the process of of baosteel-wheels business. Related to complex corporate mergers and acquisitions project management, business process and the recycling, ISO/TS16949 quality management system of international auto industry standard projects management, also including a typical practice of the application of software engineering, project management expertises. After the course of acquisitions, the business process reengineering will be carried out, the manufacturing capacity will be fully exploitted, and the product supply and quality must be secure; for the new construction,a high-level construction of the equipment system and the supply chain management information system is necessary. This paper is design and implementation of the research topics about the supply chain information system of baosteel-wheels business.
