肠内营养在ICU重症胰腺炎治疗中应用价值分析 　　[摘要]目的 探讨肠内营养在ICU重症胰腺炎治疗中的应用价值。方法 选择2012年1月～2017年1月我院ICU病房收治的40例重症胰腺炎患者临床资料进行统计分析，随机分为对照组和实验组各20例。对照组实施肠外营养治疗，实验组实施肠内营养治疗，比较两组患者临床治疗效果。结果 实验组患者的住院时间、肠功能恢复时间和机械通气时间均明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。实验组患者治疗后清蛋白、血红蛋白和C反应蛋白均明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 在ICU重症胰腺炎患者临床治疗中应用肠内营养技术，有助于患者临床症状改善，提高治疗的有效性，因而可作为患者临床首选的营养供给治疗技术，具有较高的推广和应用价值。 　　[关键词]肠内营养；重症监护病房；重症胰腺炎；肠功能 　　[中图分类号] R576 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2017）10（c）-0049-03 　　Value of enteral nutrition in the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis in ICU 　　GUO Lin ZENG Jin-xiu HU Shuo 　　Department of Critical Care Medicine，the First Affiliated Hospital of Gannan Medical College，Jiangxi Province，Ganzhou 41000，China 　　[Abstract]Objective To investigate the clinical value of enteral nutrition in the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis（ICU）.Methods Analysis of the clinical data from 40 cases of patients with severe acute pancreatitis from January 2012 to January 2017 in ICU ward of our hospital were analyzed，were randomly divided into control group and experimental group，20 cases in each group.The control group was used parenteral nutrition，the experimental group received enteral nutrition therapy，clinical curative effect between the two groups was compared.Results After the clinical treatment，the time of hospitalization，the recovery time of intestinal function and the time of mechanical ventilation treatment were all better than those of the control group，the difference was statistically significant （P0.05）.The laboratory indexes of albumin，hemoglobin and C-reactive protein in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group，the differences were statistically significant （P0.05）.Conclusion Enteral nutrition application in the clinical treatment of ICU patients with severe acute pancreatitis，contribute to the improvement of clinical symptoms，improve treatment effectiveness，so it can be used as the preferred clinical nutrition supply treatment technology，it has high applic
