胸腺五肽肌注治疗复发性尖锐湿疣临床疗效及对免疫学指标影响研究 　　【摘要】目的：探讨胸腺五肽肌注治疗复发性尖锐湿疣的临床疗效。方法：回顾性分析我院2010年8月至2013年1月收治的148例复发性尖锐湿疣患者临床资料，按照随机数字表分为观察组与对照组，其中，对照组74例患者采用常规治疗，而观察组74例患者采用胸腺五肽肌注治疗，比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果：治疗后，观察组患者的总有效率为8514%，明显高于对照组患者，组间差异具有统计学意义（P005）；而且观察组患者的免疫学指标均较对照组患者出现了明显改善，组间差异具有统计学意义（P005）；观察组患者的复发率也明显低于对照组患者，组间差异具有统计学意义（P005）。结论：胸腺五肽肌注治疗复发性尖锐湿疣具有十分显著的效果，可明显改善患者的临床症状，缓解患者的不适体征，促进患者免疫指标的改善，较大程度上降低了患者的复发率，有利于患者的预后恢复，具有较佳的临床应用价值。 　　【关键词】胸腺五肽；复发性尖锐湿疣；临床疗效 　　The clinical efficacy and immunological parameters ofthymopentin intramuscular injection for treatment of recurrent condyloma acuminatumGU Yanwei1， FANG Heng2. 1. Methods： 148 patients with recurrent condyloma acuminatum were included in the study， in which the control group of 74 cases was treated with conventional therapy， while the observation group of 74 cases was treated with intramuscular thymopentin treatment. Results： After treatment， the total effective rate of the observation group was 85.14%， significantly higher than the control group， with statistically significant difference （P005）. The immunological parameters of patients in the observation group were better improved than those in the control group， with statistically significant difference （P005）. The relapse rate of patients in the observation group was significantly lower than the control group， with statistically significant difference （P005）. Conclusion： Thymopentin intramuscular has a very significant effect in the treatment of recurrent genital warts， which can significantly improve the clinical symptoms， relieve the patient’s discomfortableness， and promote the improvement of immune parameters in patients，
