I I 摘 要 摘 要 随着我国市场经济的发展，企业的管理水平，尤其是企业的财务管理水平的高低对 于企业发展有着重要的作用。而在财务管理中，财务管理目标占据着重要的地位，只有 明确财务管理的目标，才能够为企业的财务管理指引方向，更好地促进企业财务管理的 方向制定，更好地促进企业的发展。 我国企业之所以存在诸多的问题，其根本原因是企业财务目标的制定存在问题，企 业的目标并非惟一的追求股东财富最大化，而应当是维护利益相关者相关利益这一财务 管理目标。本田汽车财务管理目标正是以相关者的利益为基础的，只有在企业成立之初 制定财务管理目标时，将利益相关者相关利益考虑在内，企业才会真正的关注利益相关 者的合理诉求，才可以实现企业的长远、稳定发展，实现多方利益相关者利益的共赢。 本文首先就财务管理目标与利益相关者的研究现状进行了综述，并以经济人假设为 基础，委托代理理论为连接，英国经济学家科斯定义的企业性质为根本，对财务管理目 标理论进行探索。在此基础上指出兼顾利益相关者相关利益的财务目标符合财务管理目 标的要求，是企业财务目标的最佳选择。其次，以本田汽车为研究对象，分析其财务管 理的目标：经营者职业化、全面挖掘员工素质、顾客效用最大化、积极承担社会责任。 再次，描述了本田汽车财务管理目标对我国企业财务管理目标的启示：雇佣职业经理人、 健全员工培养机制、将顾客的满意度视为最大化目标、勇于承担社会责任。最后，对全 文进行了总结，对未来进行了展望。 关键词 财务管理目标 利益相关者 社会责任 II II Abstract Abstract With the development of market economy in our country, the management level of enterprises, especially the level of financial management has an important role in the development of the enterprise.
