Today as Knowledge Economy progressing dramatically, primary high schools are looked as the substantial instances for developing education and experiencing great innovation with that of Education Industry. The thesis reviewed development and transformation process of primary high school, concluded its trend, integrated its relative society, economy and system and other background, and studied deeply into its future development. A new direction is resettled to primary high school architecture on the base of education industry theory. As a result, the future design aim was established to orient the modernization of education industry. Following the requirement of our education industry modernization, here innovated ideas had been carried out, according to reality and issues of our primary high schools, as economical, intensive, optimized design; efficient, self-contained, intelligent design; lively individuality design; multi-integrated environment design. All the strategies mentioned above had been set forth in content, significance, hitting points individually. Besides on that, organic relation between them should be well treated not isolated during the concrete design process. Setting the project of new campus of Harbin No.3 High School as the pioneer example, the thesis discussed how to put the theory into practice in the realistic circumstances.
